It is our policy to manufacture products in-house and restrict sub-contracted services as far as is practical.
This principle has been found necessary in order to best control delivery lead times and quality related issues.
To this end we have developed a full range of technical facilities which enable us to produce the catalogue of products.
The numerous processes used in the fabrication of Vitreous Enamelled components include sheet-metal punching and laser cutting, forming, bending rolling, spinning and pressing, a selection of differing welding processes and polishing,
Supporting structures and Structural steel elements are fabricated using the above and other traditional processes, then galvanized or powder-coated to client’s specification.
Pre-treatment of components using mechanical and chemical methods such as shot blasting, degreasing, rust removal and inhibiting are employed.
Traditional methods of enamel application are utilized.
Enamelling furnaces are available to vitrify the porcelain enamel coatings.
Digital and traditional methods of silk screening are available for the most complex of requirements.
Facilities for the automated control of specialized aluminium honeycomb reinforcement materials are held in house.
Supporting processes such as wood working and laminating facilities are available.
Where it is impractical to provide services such as shot blasting and Hot Dip Galvanizing, sub-contractor agreements are maintained.
